Description: Pere Ubu played Max's Kansas City in New York City on February 25 1977. The support band was called Dorian. The band played two sets, both of which are presented here in their entirety. The performance is hot and the audio quality, enhanced by Paul Hamann at Suma, is not bad at all for a 35 year old cassette. It was an interesting stage in the band's evolution and a number of arrangements are different.

Band:
David Thomas vocals, musette, "Ronco Tie Sharpener"
Tom Herman guitar, backing vocals
Allen Ravenstine EML synthesizer, sax
Tony Maimone bass, backing vocals
Scott Krauss drums
